Model HP Packer

Model HP packer is designed for zonal isolation in extreme high pressure, high temperature environments with maximum ratings of 10,000psi at 350oF (no axial loads). The packer is hydraulic-set and could be retrieved by retrieving tools.Two sets of wedge shaped slips were installed above and below the elements, the featured slips enable a more balanced gripping force distribution with less risks of causing casing distortion. The element consists of 3 pieces of high temperature elastomers, brass retainers are installed at both ends to ensure full expansion of elastomers under high temperatures.The HP packer could be used for fracturing/acidizing, production or other zonal isolation purposes where extra pressure bearing is required, and higher temperature is present.
